1. Pre-Operation Inspection

• Fluid Check: Verify the levels of engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil and fuel. Ensure no leakage of oil, water or air. Refill qualified fluids timely if the level is lower than the standard scale.
• Tire & Brake Check: Inspect tire pressure and tire surface for cracks, wear or embedded foreign objects. Test the foot brake and hand brake to confirm sensitive and reliable braking performance.
• Connection Check: Check all bolts, nuts and connecting parts of the body, suspension and working implements to ensure no looseness or falling off. Confirm the hydraulic pipeline is firmly connected without aging or damage.
• Instrument Check: Turn on the power and check whether all dashboard indicators, lights and horns work normally. Ensure no abnormal alarm signals.

2. Starting & Running Operation Rules

• Start the engine in neutral gear only. Do not start the tractor with gear engaged to avoid sudden forward impact and gear damage.
• After starting, idle the engine for 3-5 minutes for warm-up. Do not accelerate sharply or carry heavy loads immediately, especially in low-temperature environments, to reduce engine wear.
• During operation, shift gears smoothly and avoid violent gear shifting, sudden braking or sharp turning. Match the working gear with the load and land conditions reasonably, and do not overload the tractor for a long time.
• Strictly follow the 50HP rated load standard. Do not pull overloaded farm implements or trailers to prevent engine overload, transmission shaft fracture or frame deformation.
• Keep a stable engine speed during field work. Avoid long-term high-speed idling or low-speed stalling operation.

3. Safety Operation Precautions

• Only trained and qualified operators are allowed to drive the tractor. Minors, drunk personnel and untrained personnel are prohibited from operating the machine.
• Wear standard work clothes and non-slip work shoes during operation. Avoid wearing loose clothes to prevent being entangled by rotating parts such as tires and transmission shafts.
• It is strictly prohibited to carry passengers on the tractor body, fenders or working implements. The tractor is only for driving operation, not a means of transportation.
• When working on slopes, slow down in advance. Do not drive vertically on too steep slopes to prevent rollover accidents. Avoid sharp turns on sloped and muddy roads.
• Before checking, maintaining or replacing farm implements, stop the engine completely, cut off the power, and release the hydraulic pressure to prevent sudden mechanical movement from causing injury.
• Keep hands, feet and clothes away from rotating shafts, gears, cutters and other moving parts during operation. Do not touch high-temperature parts such as the engine and exhaust pipe to avoid scalding.

4. Daily & Regular Maintenance

• Daily Maintenance: Clean the dust, soil and crop residues on the body, radiator and air filter after daily work. Drain the water and sediment in the fuel tank and oil-water separator.
• Regular Lubrication: Lubricate all bearing points, hinge points and transmission parts with qualified grease regularly to reduce friction wear.
• Fluid Replacement: Replace engine oil, gearbox oil and hydraulic oil according to the working hour cycle. Use original matching fluids only; do not mix different types of oil products.
• Filter Replacement: Regularly replace air filters, fuel filters and oil filters to ensure clean oil and air intake, and avoid engine power reduction and wear caused by blockage.
• Regular Inspection: Regularly check the tightness of the belt, the wear of the clutch and brake pads, and the aging of the circuit and pipeline. Repair and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.

5. Parking & Long-Term Storage

• After daily operation, park the tractor on flat, solid ground. Pull up the hand brake, shift to neutral gear, and turn off the engine and power supply.
• Do not park the tractor on soft muddy ground or steep slopes for a long time to avoid body tilt and tire deformation.
• For long-term storage (more than 1 month), clean the whole machine thoroughly, fill up all fluids, disconnect the battery negative wire to avoid power loss, and cover the body with a dustproof and rainproof cover.
• Store the tractor in a dry, ventilated and rain-proof warehouse. Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight, rain and snow to prevent metal rust and rubber part aging.

6. Fault Avoidance Notes

• If abnormal noise, vibration, oil leakage or power drop occurs during operation, stop working immediately and turn off the engine for inspection. Do not operate the machine with faults.
• Do not refuel the tractor while the engine is running to prevent fire accidents caused by oil splashing on high-temperature parts.
• Do not modify the engine structure, hydraulic system and transmission system privately. Over-speed and over-load modification will damage the equipment and void the warranty.
